Returns Policy:
Jancari Designs stocks quality merchandise and aims to provide excellent customer service. All items are inspected prior to dispatch and are well packed to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
To request a refund or return, please contact us via email within three days of receiving your order to obtain an approval code. Items need to be returned to us within seven days, in original condition and packaging. For change of mind refunds, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and postage will be at the buyer’s expense. For faulty items, a full refund including postage will be given. Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items
Shipping, Postage and Handling
Prices are all based on weight. I will generally use Australia Post pre-paid satchels for postage in Australia. But on some occasions and for all international mail, prices are calculated at the small parcel rates. Additional packaging is provided as a customer service by Jancari Designs.
Postage for the glass pandora beads is free to anywhere in the world.
Express or Registered delivery is available upon request. Please contact me for a quote.
Timeframes for Delivery:
Australian Orders: 1 to 7 business days for delivery (depending on location).
International Orders: Air Mail - 4 to 14 business days depending on location.
*Please note: Credit card via Paymate and Paypal are the only forms of payment accepted for International orders.

Jancari Designs uses Australia Post to send orders. All orders are carefully packed and checked prior to dispatch. Once orders have been mailed at Australia post, liability for delivery is passed to you. Claims for damage and loss must be made to Australia Post. We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by Australia Post. We will notify you when your order has been mailed and we do ask that you contact us if your order does not arrive within 7 days or if it arrives damaged so that we can also lodge a complaint with Australia Post. To what extent are we liable?
To the extent permitted at law, we do not make any warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any goods. To the extent permitted at law, we exclude all warranties, representations and implied conditions, subject to the next paragraph.
To the extent that any warranties or implied conditions cannot be excluded at law but can be limited, our liability is limited to providing the relevant goods again. This does not exclude any rights that you might have under any applicable law to a return or refund which cannot be excluded at law.
Subject to that limitation, Jancari Designs will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity, caused by any defect in the goods. |
